PRODUCTION TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that our production time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Our items are crafted “on-demand” and it generally take 5 business days to be fully produced. And up to 30 business days to worldwide delivery. Production and delivery time are different for different products. Please check more info in product description.
TRACKING
Once the order is shipped, please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
